Description of Service

PrayFirst is a daily devotion app that provides guided prayer sessions, Bible reading plans, streak tracking, and related spiritual-growth features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

User Accounts

You may use basic features without an account. Certain features like progress sync across devices may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Subscriptions & Payments

PrayFirst offers a free tier and premium subscription (Pro). Subscriptions are managed through the app store (iOS App Store / Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Pro subscription unlocks additional Bible translations
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage subscriptions in your device settings

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PrayFirst only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the app for any illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
• Interfere with the app's security or performance

Limitation of Liability

PrayFirst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
